Check out these sweet cars from the 2016 North American International Auto Show! Which car do you like best?... and tell me why! I can't wait to read your comments! (To view all of the pictures click on the first picture and select PLAY. They will play as a slideshow. Edward was renamed "Tyler Jr" when he spent time with Tyler. They played Uno and stayed up all night eating cinnamon rolls!

Your student should be getting this Science Study Guide this week to study for next week's Science Test!
In honor of Martin Luther King Jr we have been talking about how segregation affected people in the past, and how that is not the case in our classroom and in our school today. We watched a video about how historical figures such as Rosa Parks, Mahatma Gandhi, and Martin Luther King Jr made a difference by standing up for ALL PEOPLE. In our classroom, we celebrate diversity, but know that we are all PEOPLE when it comes to what is on the inside. We did a project today to learn about this. We observed a white egg and a brown egg and realized that other than color, they are exactly the same. We then observed white skin and brown skin, and realized that on the inside we are EXACTLY the same. If you have a chance this weekend, have a conversation with your child about this project and these concepts. Feel free to leave comments below. The kids love to read them!
While visiting Isaac, Edward was called "Edward". He was busy playing Legos and visited with a penguin. He also spent a week with Braeden and his family, where they called him "Joney". Joney spent some time at the hotel and at the supermarket. He was pretty good, but kept taking all the food!
